Hi, I'm Vincent, your online Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer, from France!
I have been lifting weights since I was a teenager, learning and experimenting all these years throughout, until I found my interest in strength training and powerlifting 5 years ago, and been enjoying the process ever since. I have been where you are now, so I will gladly guide you on your own training journey.
I coach a wide range of individuals, from beginners to intermediates, powerlifters, bodybuilding and fitness enthusiasts, or those who simply want to be in good shape and healthy.
As a certified coach, my goal is to help you achieve yours and fulfill your potential, by sharing my knowledge and experience with kindness and support.

Far from the generic programs that can be found everywhere on the Internet, I strive to provide individualised solutions and training programs that allow you to move forward in your personal and training development.
My goal is to help you better understand your body and trust it.
For beginners, I will help you find an entry point to physical activity and make it consistent with your daily life.
For more experienced athletes, I will help you overcome your plateaus and hit new PR's, all the while paying attention to your recovery.
I will be by your side at each stage: initial assessment, individual program adjustable weekly according to your needs, guidance and mentorship, training cycle assessment, etc.
