It's unlikely anyone has ever managed to fulfill their full potential using generic programs or AI-driven Fitness apps. All my 1-on-1 coaching services are provided to you by myself, your strength coach, with whom you'll be in contact regularly.

I will build a training program around your specific needs, adjustable weekly according to your progress and how you respond to it. A certified online Fitness coach dedicated to your success.

Personal Trainer & Strength Coach

I train individuals with various goals: fat loss, health, endurance, muscle gain, strength... all ages and all physical condition.

I will provide a structured training program to help you develop a wide range of physical abilities (hypertrophy, strength, conditioning...), that can be progressively specialised in order to help you achieve your training goals.

I specialise in Powerlifting, through which I train beginners and intermediates alike, people with a first experience in lifting weights who want to dedicate the most part of their routine in building strength, or people who want to overcome plateaus, hit new PR's and find fulfillment in their practice, once again.
